NA 9 option?

I found in the parts book for 69-70 Toro a NA9 option but can’t find what it refers to in the manual or service manual. Anyone know?

NA9 is the evaporative emissions control system on California cars. I'm not sure what it would entail on the Toronado. On my Rallye it gave me a second return line to the gas tank, and a vapor separator with three connections to the tank as well as a charcoal canister on the right side inner fender with connections to the carb, tank, and air filter. I also have a "pressurized" gas tank with a different gas cap.

Aha. I thought it might be something along those lines as it listed 2 different gas tanks.
