Is it just my parts store's supplier, or are replacement battery trays for '71 Cutlass S's back ordered everywhere?

Ordered mine almost a year ago and the supplier's system showed there was one in Kansas. It never showed up, and my parts guy was told they're on back order. When enough are on back order, the manufacturer apparently does a production run.

Is there anywhere (preferably in Canada) that has one actually in stock instead of being vaporware?
