Pontiac grills on a Camaro body is the only thing I see. Pass. Nice color though.

Honestly I think W-25 scoops would have looked better. Oh wait that's just a click of the mouse.

PS: Please excuse me for spelling out computer generated image...🤣😂🤣🍻

Needs a W36 stripe...
And a wing.

Sorry, not a fan. Bad enough that this Photoshop abortion is on every Oldsmobile-related group on FB. Now it's here. The mailbox scoops and the square grill openings have zero in common with the rest of the car. Looks like crap.

By the way, that's the Buick Avista concept from 2016, apparently just now rediscovered by someone with marginal photoshop skills and zero styling savvy.

GM's styling is out to lunch. The Camaro has too many awkward lines. The G8 was one of last really nice looking GM cars. Too bad there was no 2 door. It was between my last Challenger and one in 2011. I honestly should have bought the G8 with the 6L, the 3.5L was a POS. But come 2018, GM had nothing I would want to buy. I like much of the rest of the world had no idea what the Chebby SS was, or that it even existed. Still looked like a bit like an over grown Malibu, saw one a couple of years later. Dodge massively improved their V6, added AWD, updated and improved many features. We had almost no issues with it 3+ years later and 90+K. I would buy a new Buick GNX 2 door with AWD and a new boosted V6 would have been great but they never remade it and canceled the Regal. At least Buick can now truly hold onto it's old man persona these days. I see they are targeting the rich Soccer Mom's with their adds and awful CUV's. Sorry Buick and GM in general, I am out.

Unfortunately it's everyone's styling. The problem is that all new cars get "styled" in the wind tunnel first. If you look at silhouettes they all have the same basic profile. Physics is physics (and this is why all commercial jetliners look alike). The only styling freedom the designers have left is surface features, which is why every new car has a jumble of creases and edges. The Challenger hasn't changed since it was released, and isn't long for this world anyway, so there's no incentive to put any money into a redesign (which wouldn't be pretty). Heck, it still uses Daimler-heritage underpinnings.

Other than the 04-06 Ford GT, there isn't a new car built this century that remotely interests me.

Yeah, it is a worry and we will know in a year or so on the Challenger. Unfortunately good styling and the V8 may die together.

That's what happens with younger generation of engineering! They lose site because they are not old enough to understand style verses wind tunnel. Plus you have mandate rules for EPA. This drives up cost. Plus the government wants green cars! Eh I will stick with old I hate electric cars.

Talking about electric cars. Is worsts on here than talking about Chevys or Fords!. And will make OC's Koda rant and go "Bat **** Crazy"

I am 65 years young. Love all the 1960 and 70s car. But they have brick walls for front ends. Not good for high speed or gas mileage. Even this one is a little flat for me.

Sorry, but your first mistake is thinking that engineers are driving this. It's CAFE laws, period. Lower drag means higher CAFE mileage, especially when using the government's process for calculating mileage. Styling is secondary to complying with laws. Now add to this that the target market for these cars is the "Transformers" generation.

Ding Ding Ding... Slice of cheese in the wind tunnel. A Tesla is one of the most boring cars on the road. Zero style. All aerodynamics. Style has taken a side step.

You can't justify this with a wind tunnel. It's just uglier than a bag of @$$holes.

Not boring to drive. Quickest car I ever drove. But let use not go in that direction. Nothing but trouble.

A standard Tesla dual motor runs 10.90s all day long. Plaids are dipping 8s.

I know. It's sick how fast electric vehicles can be. Styling? ZERO. And yes of course I have driven them.

Exhibit A for sure.

Exhibit B. Why sully a classic name with this? Just call everything like this a TURD, what difference does it make? Poor Blazer.
Ford did this with their classic name, Bronco. I checked out the baby version on the lot. Ok on the outside, inside was gorgeous and affordable by today's standards, around 50K up here with the upgraded off road package. This is the Raptor.

Other then the Vette and Cadillac, GM doesn't care about styling at all. I consider GM the WWE of cars. We are the industry leader dam it. If you don't like our cars, just go away, we are #1. We are going to make indigestible ugliness whether you like it or not. WWE is running half empty Arenas, they are keeping a float with huge TV deals FYI. The future doesn't bode well for anything palatable unfortunately😥.

I'll be 65 in just a few short months. I've got a good supply of 3 1979 cars, but I morphed into Olds cars of the 90's as drivers. Wife just gave the green light to keep my 1994 & 1996 Cutlass Supremes as long as I want/can. I plan on driving these 2 cars a long time, we both will not be buying new. No deals, just too expensive lately. Ugly styling is an understatement.

Remember when paying MSRP was a joke? Nobody paid that! Now the joke's on today's buyers. Count me out.

Amen.

Want to go buy a new work truck? Fifty grand and up. No way could I justify throwing tools etc in a truck that expensive. I will stick to older used vehicles. The price of damn near Any vehicle these days is just crazy. To me anyway.

To the original post, please pick something that isn't so flawed in the styling department to bring back our beloved Oldsmobile. It does look better than the Camaro, the Olds elements are classic and help that abortion. I like the Firebird treatment as well, at least better than the Camaro, they always were nicer. It can be built, there was/are Firebird kits available, will only take money.

I was simply saying that it was such a joke how ford made all this huge deal about "The New Bronco"... Turd from day one. Plenty of fools lining up I am sure. Just does nothing for me. Talk about zero styling. Chasing the old name. Take forty three. Oh wait just as good. Maybe even better. Four door SUV mustang. Yeah that's respect for your own name plate. 😂🤣😂🤣👍🍻

Still better than GM's effort, beyond awful. A Trailblazer in the ugly and awful🤣🤣🤣🤣. My Boss HATES the new Blazer and the truck shown. He owns all GM, including a 2020 Yukon and a 2018 Chevy 1/2 ton, very loyal to GM. Yeah, that 4 door electric Mustang is embarrassing in styling, I lost some major respect for Ford on that one. Why call it a Mustang? The two door electric Mustang isn't much better either. Two big swings and misses in styling for Ford.

I would say I was very lucky if those guys had a little more time with there cars and computer I would have been toast. It was too close of a race for me. That is both races different cars and driver's .

Easy, Just trying to say. Mad fast. And I only race street light to street light at 3;00 AM. On a big wide boulevard.
