My H/O made the GM Authority blog...

https://gmauthority.com/blog/2020/02...st-olds-video/

Someone who covers the Pure Stock drags made the video on YouTube, and has quite a few neat matchup videos. It was one of my slowest passes of the weekend, had a nasty headwind and the car spun, so I pedaled and couldn't fully recover the pass.

I never expected the beater to get this kind of attention... the comments between GMA blog and youtube are always fun to read. Figured I would share, enjoy...

Luke, that's NO BEATER. Wolf in sheep clothes. A set of DOT Drag radials ought to fix the sit n spin.

Drag radials are not allowed in the Pure Stock racing

Thanks guys!! As 70W-32 said, no drag radials in pure stock, so we're sticking with the G70-14 polyglas... I've got a few tuning changes to make to get it to leave better, hopefully in time for the first May race.

Sorry, I missed this earlier - 12.61 is the best pass so far (second pass ever). It was on a great track but with a headwind. I need to make a few changes and I should be able to see 12.50s...
