My FIRST Car Show (Picture Heavy)!!!!!

Just got back from my FIRST Car Show with my Olds. It was the Waterdown Car Show & Swap Meet. Hadan awesome time. I can't believe I have lived 10 minutes from this show for 8 years & never even knew it was there. It was HUGE. 400+ cars EASY!!!!

The last picture is my car chillling with its new friends!!! After walking the WHOLE show I only counted 5 Oldsmobiles at this event. CRAZY I TELL YOU CRAZY!!!!!!

Nice pictures. I looked over them and saw what looked like a 69 Chevelle (6th one down) and it has the name "Beaumont" on it? Never saw that before.

Yeah Beaumonts were Canadian only vehicles. It was a very hot day for a car show with no cover. The craziest car I saw the whole day was the TR6 with a Corvette engine. I have a picture of it above.

Looked like a great day for a car show. Two of my favourites in there: '67 442 convertible and the Plymouth Duster. Thanks for sharing.

Cool show!

Why no closer pics of that Buhog flattop wagon (rare car) with the surfboard sticking out of the back? Why do people think surfboards and any wagon go together?
I don't think you can surf much in that area and it ain't even a woodie?

I think I have seen that sedan with the holes in the visor (#2) before, maybe at HAMB. How much was the asking price on the green Delta convertible? It really looks nice.

It was a Delmont and he was asking $20k. It was in very nice shape. The interior was beautiful in white.

Beaumonts

Beaumonts are very cool/rare. They are more like a cross between Pontiac and Chevy.
I have seen a few at shows and over heard people, in and from Canada saying that they were looking at a "crazy customized Chevelle", "that was a nice Chevelle before you ruined it."

I lived in Hamilton from 2001-2009 and did not know about the Waterdown show either. They might want to promote it a bit more.
Beautiful pictures, it looked like a great day.

Agreed. I would have loved going to a show this size this close to home even if I didn't own a car to take. I really couldn't get over how many cars were there & it is a 2 day event.

Here is the website in case anyone wants to check it out.

Aparently this is a twice a year thing (Spring/Fall)
