Last November my wife and I went to the Scottsdale Good Guys Southwest Nationals car show. I had originally planned on bringing one of my Vista Cruisers, but at the last minute decided to take my W30 Convertible to the show. We ended up winning two awards at the show. Awesome Olds and 2026 Muscle Car of the Year Finalist. In this month's Good Guy's Gazette (May), the car is featured in a full spread. In the family since 1973, this rare 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 W-30 has been restored to glory | Fuel Curve . It was a great experience and reignited my desire to keep improving/correcting the car. Big shout out to Patton Glade (70Post) and many others in this community who are wonderful resources.

Des Moines to Scottsdale is quite a haul. Did you trailer this one down for the event (or for the winter if you're snow-birds) or make it a road-trip?

We did trailer it to Scottsdale. Driving on biasply tires over 60 mph is slightly terrifying. We took a 10 Day trip and drove home. Great time of year to get out of the Midwest!

These cars with white interior just pop. It's my favorite combo. Any color w/ white interior. Really nice car.
