1- Can anybody tell me how long the ATF dipstick should be? Pic?

2-Where does the upper small line and the metal line supposed to go to from the fuel pump (vacuum side of pump)?

Vacuum suction is supposed to go to an adapter mounted on the intake that then goes to the power booster for the brakes.
