look at this cars!

I am a buick/GMC/Caddi sales person in the detriot area. I was at a buick regal training this morning. But the real story was the cars around me. Check this out, its GM's stash of cars.

Darn.... I've been in Warren Mi. and didn't know. Guess I couldn't have went in anyhow, though. It's a shame they're kept in secret, but that's probably how they stay so beautiful! Probably climate controlled in there too!

That stinks. It should be open to the public.

What do you think about the Buick Regal?

I have seen those cars at events. They were all inside the hotel in the Hyatt in Dearborn at the Nationals in 08. GM sold off some of the Heritage Collection last year at BJ in Scottsdale.

Are these some of the cars GM is selling? I read that they are dumping like 25% of their stock (Heritage sounded familiar) to sell at auction. Not the super-rare stuff, of course, but extras and stuff like a few 442s and SXs.

Exclamation

The blue 1966 Toronado is car number one ( I saw it back in 2002)! I remeber the red 1970 W-30 442 from 1997 Olds 100th party.

AWSOME! So, are these cars all originals that have been preserved?

I think it is horrific that this isn't open to the public. Then again, there are alot of things GM does that are stupid...

There are some of here quite familiar with the GM Heritage Center. At the 2008 OCA Nationals, the club was treated to a tour of the facility. There we approximately 300 members that took that tour!
And that location is not the only place GM has cars stashed, as those of us on that tour found out.

I guess I did not know GM had one of the restored Futureliners. Love that black 62 Starfire.
