The numbers are hard to read. Here is the corrected readout.
Style # 54-3067 DX = 1954 Oldsmobile "98" Deluxe Convertible Coupe (with power windows)
Body # L 1890 = Assembled at Lansing, MI.
Trim # 57 = Ivory leather and light blue leather.
Paint # S41-60 = Lower body, Cadet Blue metallic. Upper body, Polar White

Acc # U1 = ?.
Not sure what this is. Does this car have an Autronic Eye? (automatic headlamp dimmer)

It does not. It also has power seats and top so not sure what that accessory is.

Do you know who I would contact to see if the engine matches? The numbers are V548466. Assuming the 54 is the year. The 8 might be a B.

U1 is the code for the 4-way power seat. 2-way was standard on the convertible - 4-way was optional.

This is from the H.A.M.B.

That number actually belongs to a 1955 block.
The head number is cast on top of one of the exhaust ports.
If it's a number 8 then the heads are also 1955.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone has replaced the original engine in the last 70 years.
