License plate bolts

Are you asking for general purposes or do you have a specific question as to what the original bolts look like?
You can buy license plate bolts at any auto parts store and they come with new plastic clip in "nuts" that clip into the license plate frame. This may not be what you're asking...I apologize if it isn't.

It was a flat head screw just like a lot of them today. And they use the same plastic snap ins with thread inserts you can still buy today.
Here are the fasteners on my rear plate. Sorry the head pic is fuzzy I tried using the zoom.

Sorry guys I wasn't clear in my question. I'm looking for pics of the bolts that hold the licence plate frame/gas door to my bumper. I bought a reproduction frame due to mine not having one when I purchased it. The frame appears to take possibly a self tapping bolt? I don't remember what my GTO had holding that one on but I don't remember the plate frame being tapped. I bought the frame from Fausik and is supposed to be identical to the original.

Ah, the bolts thru the bumper into the gas door...
It's been a while but I believe those were indeed self tappers, 3/8 hex head, about 1/2" long. If the hole / receptacle in the LP frame is a long pierced hole with the material drawn into a tube [and not just a hole in the base material], that indicates that a self tapping screw was used there- like the 1/4" screw holes in a timing cover.
If need be I probably have a parts car with originals still in place, but it would take weeks to schedule that task.
