The Last Hurrah of The Season
I am president of the Windsor Area Street Rods in Windsor Ontario Canada. On Saturday November 13th we had a last car function for the year. It was our fourth anual chili cook off. We have the members and invited guests bring out there cars, enjoy a beverage of their choice, and enjoy some good chili in front of a nice fire.
I took some pictures to post, mine is the only Olds in the club, but things are changing. We are moving from primarily street rods from the 30's and 40's to more muscle cars from the 60's and 70's.
I own the green 442. The white Buick is my good friend Leo. The burgundy 66 Chevelle is my friend Jim s,and the red 64' Chevelle is Toms he is the original owner. The last picture is Brents Fairlane, and Walts 69 Barracuda. All very nice cars even it they are not Oldsmobiles.
The weather was nice in the 50's and there was no rain. The Olds has been giving me fits with the Rochester, so I am swapping it out this week. It keeps stumbling from a standstill, and when it goes into second gear.
Anyway I did get her cleaned up and covered up today. Enjoy the pics and let me know what you do for the end of the season, if you have one.

Pictures are great - thanks for posting.
Looks like a nice fall get together out there in the country. I can almost smell the BBQ and beer!
Great looking cars (sans the minivan of course.........)

Thanks for the pics, we aren't too far behind you all. Expecting snow within a few weeks here in Kansas City (just my guess). I already have the Cutlass covered and in the garage. The '46 has a crappy paint job and is not restored or re-painted so it is still out and I drive it as much as possible but it will be covered probably after the first snow since hit has no heater or wipers.
