Just been busy---
Well, work interfeared with what I enjoy----again!!!!
I have accomplished quit a lot on the 442. Got the intake gaskets changed, vacuum operated heat control valve, replaced the POS Holley with a Edelbrock, Got most of the right front ready to take apart so I have a straight fender. Will work on the heater core when I have plenty of time. I'm going to see if I can make an access door to that. Thankfully it's been routine stuff---so far. I'll be changing the rear gear from the current 3:91 to a much more useable 3:36.
I got most of the body parts from The Parts Place in IL. They had everything in stock so I drove down and picked 'em up. I must say, I'm very impressed with the quality of the fender. Definitely GM specs. It weighs more than the bumper----lol Shannon was helpful and friendly.
