Intake Manifold Quertion

I have a 69 442 convertable under restoration. The 400 engine is original. however the intake is from a 68-69 455 Toro (K 398664 ) I do have an Intake with the correct casting code for a 68-69 400 that came with the car (398664) but the ID Code (J) is missing. Is this just a fluke or is the J somewhere away from the casting code. Is this still a 68/69 400 intake . Any Thoughts or suggestions would be most appreciated.
