identify 1965 delta 88 jetstar or starfire

Nothing plain about a 1965 Delta 88! the Delta was the higher trim level of the 1965 Dynamic 88, which was a step above the 1965 Jetstar 88.
The word "plain" is best to describe 1965 Chevy Biscayne.
No offense to Chevy folk, I did own a 1965 Bel Air and 1966 Impala.

Even if you couldn't see the "Delta 88" on the side, the fact that it's a four-door tells you it's not a Starfire. The Starfire never came in a four-door style.
The Delta 88 was called only that for '65 and '66, so it's not fair to call it a "plain" Delta 88. In '65, it was the only Delta 88.
From 1967 through 1971, the Delta 88 Custom was also offered, and beginning in 1969 and for many years thereafter, the Delta 88 Royale was offered as a trimline above the standard Delta 88. In these years it might be legitimate to refer to the non-Custom or non-Royale Delta 88's as "plain" Delta 88's.
By this definition, I am the proud owner of a "plain" 1967 Delta 88 convertible!
