How do you attach the quarter glass chrome channel? The one that holds the rubber between front and back glass?

For the chrome to glass seal use Window urethane, comes in a caulking tube. Use tape after to hold it while it dries.

They originally used a cloth/fabric type material that went in the molding groove and had to be driven on. As the previous poster said, you can use urethane.

I just did this several months back and was very happy with the results.
You need to get some glass setting tape and i added the address below of what i used, but you might need to use a different thickness, but this worked fine on mine.I bought 6' to be safe and you should do the same if you mess up which i did. Cut tape about an 1" longer than length of window edge you are covering.when you put the tape on the edge lay it down so it is centered on edge. One end of the tape will be flush length wise and the other will hang over. The end that is flush would be the closed end of your chrome piece. U will need to put a little motor oil
on the tape to help the groove side of the chrome slide over it.Use a rubber mallet or a piece of wood and cover chrome with a rag and the rest is just tapping it and setting it in place which is a PITA.After trail and error
it will work and that's why you should buy more tape than needed and it will help if you have an extra set of hands. When finished trim excess tape with a sharp knife. Hope this helps
