How do I know which fuel tank I have?

I have a 1970 Olds Cutlass Supreme Convertible. I want to replace the fuel tank but I don't know which model I have or need. I've seen 1 vent, 2 vent, 3 vent and there's with and without EEC. How do I determine which fuel tank to get? Thanks for your help.

I just had to do this to my 70 a few months ago and I had the same problems. The easiest way to tell how many vents you have is honestly to get underneath it and look. The vents are located on the left had corner opposite of the filler neck. Pretty easy to figure out once you spot it. AS far as the EEC goes, from what I understand it was an Evaporative Emission Control (Charcoal canister) that was done for emissions if the car was originally destined for California or Nevada. Hope this helps!!!

I did it the same way as Downtown 442 did when I replaced my tank.
