Hood Pins

Are the Hood Pins that were used on a 1969 Ford Shelby GT350 the same as the ones that Oldsmobile used on its W-25 Hood or just similar ?

I believe they are. Saw those at Mecum on a Shelby and I looked closely at them and they seem to be identical. I'll have to do some research.

That’s funny Rick - it’s exactly where I noticed them. Last month in Kissimmee.

Hey Mike, how's it going.
Yeah I'm gonna ask a Shelby friend of mine to see one of his pins and compare it to ours.
Let you know what I find out.

Are they also the same as what came on the 1970 Chrysler 300 Hurst?

Good point on the 70 300. I assume and it would make sense that they were all made by the same manufacturer.
