Suggestion. Use a towel to cover the fabric where you want to remove wrinkles. Use a steamer (not an iron) set to low (first), lightly go over the fabric until wrinkles are removed. Another option is to modestly dampen the fabric so it absorbs some water moisture, then employ the same method with a towel & steamer. Sorta/Kinda like removing wrinkles from clothing w/ an iron (set to steam) and a towel. The process is called "Elapor soup" for removing creases/wrinkles from various types of foam.

Finally got it on the hood! Got to get the engine back in now so I get it back on the car.
