Nothing if the Cutlass "S" has the double hump hood.
I'm not sure about the flat hood. The frame may be the same even on it.
Actually, I'm not even sure the flat hood was available on the '69's.
I have one that came off a '70 Cutlass.
I know the original hood on our '69 "S" was the same as a 4-4-2 hood.
