Yep that is sitting about three miles from me! Mr. Mc Clain if memory serves. Was going to buy his 70 W-30 from him back in 1996 for 14k. Dad said no buy your self a house there better investments. 14k then, now 50 to 125k

House that I bought 69k then maybe 78k now. Which was the better choice?
