Someone Here Should Buy This (57 Olds 98)

This auction is less than an hour from me (in the middle of nowhere). I have neither the room nor the desire to pick up something this large .

This site seems to have a lot of members dedicated to these big cars & it should go to a good home. I'll bet it sells for close to nothing

Too bad the photo listing doesn't show anything but the 400 clocks. Would be nice to see a photo of the cars that will be offered before driving any great distance.

Thanks. I didn't see that. I just saw the "view photo gallery" link at the top.

I'm finding, though, that that website that's supposed to have the photos annoyingly slow to load.

Thanks for posting the link. When I originally looked at the listing it took me a while to find the pics. I forgot they weren't in the auctionzip listing. I wish I had time to go down there. It's really in the middle of nowhere. The closest city is Ithaca & they're more interested in Prius' than a car like this.

I found the first photo slow to load but that was of the buick, but the other four loaded quickly but were of poor detail. I was able to see the original "J 2 " set up on the 371 engine but then I noticed it's a 4 Door HTP.

That would be a great car. It looks like it has been in the garage it's whole life. I bet a one owner. I sure wish I could.

If I had the room. I would be bidding on that car. Timing sucks
