Do people really fall for this crap?

TEN times the RockAuto price for Anchor motor mounts? They are even in the original Anchor boxes, which the seller has not-so-cleverly attempted to cover up in the photos using a paper sticker and careful placement of the mount. And "Made in U.S.A."??? My @$$!

 

20 years ago when I first started, I might have. Now no, I have learned the value of research and this forum has taught me more than I could have imagined. There will be the novice that gets into a hurry and will buy.

 

All the time, people just don't want to take the time to research and compare...

I see this with fasteners and other small parts all the time. Someone finds something close and they post it as "NOS GM" with a pic of a GM box; then in the description it nearly always reads, "Box not included".

 

Could be "matching numbers" since there from a corvette supplier.

 

Yeah, I'm sure the numbers on the mounts "match" the number on the box (2328 to be exact...)

 

Adjusted for these times, there is one born every second.
