Thumbs up Help me pick my wheels SS1 vs Torq Thrusts

I have two sets of wheels to choose from for my car. Help me pick which ones look better. I will be using the Cooper Cobras on the SS1's either way. They have a little better tread and are bigger, 275/60 compared to 255/60 and 225/70 compared to 215/70. Both rims are 15x7 and 15x8 and both sets are in really good condition.
Pics are big but I wanted to show the best detail possible. BTW, whichever ones I don't go with will be available for sale, local pick up preferred but will ship if needed.

Nice looking with either set but the blue looks better with the Mags although I'm partial to the ss1's.

Generally if you do the car show thing you have the potential to go stock or modified depending on the wheel you choose but I'll bet you knew that.

Keep them both. And nice car.

At the risk of appearing a hypocrite, I say SS1. And I would like to point out the blue 66 is my sons car, he picked the wheels, I just paid for them. I would have chosen SS1 for it also. Plus I am old and lazy, chrome wheels are better for me as I do not want to polish wheels which are bare polished aluminum.

I always liked the Torque Thrusts, since I'm not into the resto look.

Another vote for the SS1's. When original wheels can make a car look just as, or more bad *** than shiny new ones, I'm all about it. I've always been torn between my SSII's and SS1's for my car...

I like them both, would be a tough choice, though I like SSIIs on a blue car as well. I'd say the SS1s

SS1s hands down. If the Torq thrusts were 'D' style that would be a different story. Well - maybe not cuz I'd want to buy the 'D's from you......

Normally I'd say SS1's but on your car the TT's look better.

If you had a set of original SS-I wheels (along with a pair of correct '70 Cutlass Supreme grilles ) then i'd probably lean toward those, but i think the Torq Thrusts look good!

Just an FYI I have decided to keep the Torq Thrusts and will be selling the SS1's with my Dunlops mounted up if anyone is interested. Local pick up strongly preferred but will ship if you'll pay for it.

I like both sets, run the car with the TT2s and show it with the SS1s.

If they were original SS1's I'd consider that but the sets are too similar IMO.
