help decode body tag, paint codes

Found and bought a 1970 Cutlass convertible, Trying to decode body tag. Found out its a 1970 cutlass supreme convertible, 350 4barrel (numbers match) built in Linden New-Jersey during the 5th week of april. The interior is saddle strato buckets. Last info I cant confirm is the paint code (I think) as its listed WA 4050 A I posted a pic of the tag to held decode it. Any info on original paint color would be appreciated.

What is the number next to PNT? Is that 40 59 A? if so, I'm seeing no paint codes with that number. It's just hard to see, so I'm not sure.

The WA 40 is something else. The paint code is 50 A, where 50 = Bamboo (consistent with the saddle interior) and A = white top. Normally two paint code numbers would indicate lower color and upper color, but since this is a convertible, there should only be one color code. In addition, 40 was not used as a paint code in 1970.
