Help with 70-72 console value $

I need some opinions on the value of my center console.

The top is in good shape with only one 1" crack that has been repaired with an epoxy putty from the inside. The trim is removed but has been professionally polished to like new. It is complete with wiring harness.

The base is not so good and has numerous issues but has been repaired and is in usable condition (see photos). The repairs are not visible when assembled. The top plate and shifter lenses will need replaced.

What would be a fair price on this?

I've seen mint condition restored one's go for $450-$500.

Go from there.....I'd speculate $250-$350.
