Does the bumper need to be removed before I can remove the headlight housing? Or do I take off the radiator top support?

 

Yes you'll need to remove the bumper to take the headlight housings off or you might be able to do it if you drop it down a bit. Be careful as the 68 housings are very easy to break. also be careful around the grill if you have one as the tabs break off easily.
