It has turned into a sickness... OCD maybe?

i had some guys stop by tonight, they said that they have seen my Oldsmobile's sitting around and wanted to let me know about some parts that were sitting in a friends barn. they give me the phone number and i called to find out that he had parts from a 66 442 4 speed car. not much there but nice for the price. i have now brought home some 66 442 flat top pistons, intake manifold, one exhaust manifold, a 400 bolt pattern 4 speed flywheel and the B heads. he said he has the original 4 bbl carburetor also but can't find it. i don't even have room to unload them out of the truck but he said he was taking them to scrap this weekend if i didn't pick them up. he said he took them off of the car in the 70s.

OCD... OMG!

This is the disease in its most deadly form.

Fortunately, it is not contagious - other people do not begin attracting Oldsmobiles after visiting you, but you attract even more Oldsmobiles yourself.

Not sure if you need to call a doctor or a priest...
Or maybe a very young priest and a very old priest...

You know it's serious when people track you down to tell you about cars and parts. I've been cleaning up after every project, for years, but now that I've got a barn I'm starting to load the stalls with 65 Olds parts. The sickness is running rampant.

lol, my UPS man is great! this wasn't the UPS man this time. most of the stuff is pretty crusty so i won't get rich from it but at the same time, i don't know what a set of crusty V code B heads are worth.

The reason I ask about the UPS man was I'm looking ,I've been looking along time for air conditioning for my Omega I need all the ducting.I was wondering if you could ask if him to look for novas 73-74 or possibly 68-72 any x-body with air.
I saw a shed full of Pontiacs that looked just like that barn full of Olds'.
