Has Spring Sprung in Your Neck 'O Woods?

86* yesterday here in the Piedmont. Naturally, a top down kind of day.

Post up your Spring 17 photos!

Nope. 10 F this morning. Guys are still riding their snowmobiles, but there’s only one good patch of snow left. Snowmobile trails close at the end of the month. Spring is still a ways off, but the ice is starting to melt on the lakes so it will be here before we know it.

30* w/ 15-20 mph sustained winds, gusting to 40-50 + a good snow squall this morning. The equinox has occurred in central CT but weather not cooperating today.

Has been spring more or less for about a month here. Yesterday I mowed for the first time this year. Was in the 90's Monday, 50's today, one day last week high was in the 30's! 70's for the next week or so.

We had 80* weather in early February. My neighbors Bluebonnets from my back patio.
Momma's Amaryllis's and roses as well. I'm going to have to take the 66 out and get some new photos this year. Bumper crop for the wildflowers this year. They're everywhere. Indian Paint brushes are up too.

We hit 96º on Monday, and that was the eight day in a row for 90º and above.

After the winter we had anything above 30 is a plus. Their is still some snow in the hills around here. The rivers are running wild and 40's and 50's are starting to be a norm. The tulips in the yard says spring has arrived, so bring it on, got a bunch of parts this winter and ready to get back to work on the car.

No spring in Mass.....it's about 20 degrees today with 30-50 MPH winds.....wind chills will be in the single numbers.

Still about 80% snow coverage too.

Fairly mild here in MO. Sunny with temps in low fifties this afternoon.

We need rain, fire danger is pretty high.

Hah, we have had weird weather here this year. One week in Feb, it was so nice I decided to get the rider mower out for its' spring service and cut the front 3/4 acre yard! Never ever mowed that early.
Been up and down for this month. I just know the peach and apple are gonna bloom then frost.

Last night -12 plus wind chill, to-night -8. Still desperate for snow. Dust storm when it is windy. As mentioned above, t-shirts in Feb.

Just got back from the grocery store in the Olds. The weather is really nice today: 80º, slight cloud cover, and a nice breeze.
