Its not that high, probably no higher than the dual quad setup. These guys Dared to be different and pulled it off. Great weekend Car Show exhibit and with current fuel prices that's almost affordable to drive.

Both Neill and Tom are good friends of mine. Neill and I both worked at the same company for a number of years. When they started this project there were lots of scoffers saying how it would never run and that it was over carbed but after seeing it come together and actually did run, several theories went out the door. I have never heard any engine rev like this one does, even formula one cars do not have the same sound. Listen to the video and you will know what I mean. The project has been put on the back shelf for now because of lifes' priorities, but you can bet this project will be made to run properly some day because of the ingenuity of both of these guys.

I remember being on the 14th floor of the host hotel (Intercontinental) at the 2006 Olds Club of America Nationals (hosted by the North Texas Olds Club) and hearing that QuadQuad start up and shake my room. Every time they cranked it, I was at the window looking down on it, and the crowd surrounding it. A-W-E-S-O-M-E! And Neil and Tom are really nice guys putting it all together, too!

I stumbled across the web site and could not believe I have never seen this until recently.. I was thinking just a little overkill at first glance. But the whole set up is so much different from the usual, you have to appreciate the passion for making it work and work well!
LOVE IT!

I remember seeing this car at the 2006 Nationals. It was so far over the top. I wondered what had become of it. It did draw a crowd.

Did they ever find a cure for the carbs spitting fuel out of them at high rpms? The rear jet flap flutter thing?
