Great customer service from Covercraft

My car cover ripped the other day while I was putting it on my car, so I reached out to Covercraft about a warranty replacement, and without any hassle or argument, they're sending a new one. I just had to send them proof of purchase, a summary of what happened and a picture of the damage...simple as that.

This is why they'll always have me as a customer.

Nice to see some good coverage by a manufacturer.

Like you say, Dave, it keeps you as a customer!

Glad they came through for you.

Great car covers. While my first car was parked down during the mid 1990s, used the Covercraft Technalon 3. Lasted 5 years straight usage in the yard, full exposure. 4-season weather whipping on the sharp edges of a 67 Cutlass Coupe till it started to fray. Worth every cent. When the car got back on the road in the early 2000s, the paint was still beautiful.

Good to know. Did you purchase the cover from the auto parts store?

Are you asking me or the last guy that replied?

I'm asking you. You said they required proof-of-purchase.

I keep all of the receipts when I buy parts for my 71 98 and 86 Ford F250.
