Look the simple fact that such an orginization does not thank it's members is a little on the crappy side. I still get birthday cards, calendars, and pens from my realtor and I bought my house 2 years ago . I don't need it but I must say it is nice that people still belive in good cutomer service

The OCA is working hard to develop their website and other "modern" tools for the computer literate. Realize that meanwhile many owners are "older" and not very computer literate; even their Oldsmobiles don't have computer controls! lol. I have been a member for 37 years and more good changes have been instituted in the past 3 years than in the first 30.
