As I read more about Oldsmobiles, I see that not just any GM mechanic is going to be very well versed in Oldsmobiles - wondering if anyone has some good suggestions for shops in the Sacramento or Northern California in general? Perhaps a club is better source for me to seek out?

I'm in Sacramento area and will have my dads cars up here this month. There are a few issues to still sort out and knowing that there are some local shops recommended will help me considerably as I tear into this project.

You might try Steve Larson (Larson Automotive ) in Chico if you can't find someone closer, He knows Oldsmobile's but is a busy man, it may take awhile to get it done but he does excellent work.....Tedd
