Good resto shop in Dallas??

Want to get started on my Trofeo...body is straight, couple of rust spots on body and some rust issues underneath (CT car), couple of electrical issues...looking for driver quality work. Drivetrain upgrade (S/C 3800 Series 3) to be done separately. Already have line on shop for interior.

I DID search CO and found nothing helpful...I drive OTR and do not have time or facilities to do this work myself. Any help from the Dallas-area members would be appreciated!!

Try Bob White on National Drive in Garland. He is the best I have seen. I will warn you, Bob is more like an artist. He will call your car a piece of sh-t and complain. He is hard to get a car into because he is so busy. I was over there Saturday and he has a 1957 Pontiac Bonneville, fuel injected convertible with factory air in his shop. The owner just pulled it our of a barn. He is just starting on it. I have never seen one and the factory air is very rare. They only built like 630 total. Bob's number is (972) 840-8757. He is not cheap but reasonable for what you get.

His name is Alrick Washington at Star Auto body In Pantego. His work is very good. He does not cut corners and he has good pricing. Hope this helps

John: You might check in with Ashley Thibeaux at Absolute Autowerks in Richardson (Belt Line at 75) 972-231-9777 for your electricial issues. One of the best I've ever seen on diagnostics. He has my '68 LongTop in there for full disc conversion, rear A/C and Sanden compressor modification, 700R4 O/D T/M conversion, etc. Another '71 converbible there for full motor rebuild. Tell him Aron sent you, if you go/call.
