Good machine shops in chicago suburbs.

Looking for recommendations on a good machine shop in the chicago suburbs that can drill out a crank for a pilot bushing. Called a couple of them and no one can do it.

Borowski race engines , opel engineering . I have used both of them with great success. rocket racing performance is right over the il./ wi. border too. Also member 80rocket (don) works for TNT engines in gurnee.

Awesome. Thanks guys. I just have one more question. I have heard some people say that i need to have my flywheel match balanced to my flexplate. Is this really necessary?

yes. I actually have a 4spd. crank but had it balanced for a flex plate. Cheap insurance and makes for smother engine performance.
