I would take off the interior door panels and use SEM paint to refinish them. You will never get all the paint off without doing a lot of damage to the panel. Clean them really well with a wax grease remover, spray with adhesion promoter and then paint with SEM gold. It will restore a like new quality to the door panel. You can either tape off the parts you don't want to paint, or disassemble the panel and paint the individual pieces. Bonus if you disassemble the panel is you can also re-dye the door carpet, and install new window fuzzies on the inside of the panel.

For the dash? I'd do the same thing. Take it out clean it, prep it and paint it back to original color. Your car will have that 'new car' and 'body shop' smell for a long time.....If you don't like that, you can order cans of 'Fart d'jour' to liven up the interior and give it that lived in aroma .
