There are different tanks depending on the emissions package that the car came with. The number of tubes for return/vapor will be different depending on how the car was equipped.
So you need to know what you have before you order your replacement.
To answer the original question, no there is no difference in tanks between Supremes and other Cutlii in a given year. The emissions/non-emission difference applies to any Cutlass, not just Supremes.
I purchased a Spectra Fuel Tank for my 70 442. Look in the back of your tank to see how many breather ports (2 or 3). Mine had 2 ports which is a Spectra GM34Q. The 3 port is Spectra GM34R. I ordered mine from O’Reilly Auto parts on-line for $160 and had free shipping right to my house. Not sure of the current price post pandemic.
Thanks for all the input. I was aware of the number of vents just curious why they told me it would fit a Cutlass S or 442 and not a Supreme. Ended up cancelling order with OPGI because they could not give me any kind of due date and it has been ordered since the 1st of the year. Ending up ordering the Spectra GM34Q from good lod Amazon and it will be here Wednesday.
