frame code/part number decal

frame code/part number decal
for my 1969, I'm looking for the correct code and part number decal (3943331 and XK). From a quick look I see Inline Tube carries them. Anyone know how correct are they? Does anyone else carry them? If anyone is interested in recreating one for me, I would compensate you for your time.
