Found broadcast sheet!
I almost fainted, seriously! Ok, it's not a build sheet, YET! Hey, I can dream, right? My '76 442 is Lansing built so I've heard the stories...so anyway, who out there likes to decode these things? This is what it shows:the Year box is rusted, can't read it, Month is 20, Day is 30. STYLE: 3AG PLT.OPT 16: 37A
BODY NUMBER: 012923 V78: 9 TRIM, SPCL:4 TRIM COMB- 11
EXTERIOR PAINT, LWR: 0 TOP UPR: 35 AC'T: 3 5 PP: U
Box no.6 has: U76 Box no.7 has: D55 Box no.9 has: Y74 Box no.11 has: W29
Box no.12 has: UM2 and finally Box no.15 has: 26 X
I'll try n' get a good pic, then post it to my album!
Thanks! I hope you find one. Most of the RPO codes I've kinda figured out but I always wanna hear from the experts. I was never sure that my car was an actual 442, but seeing W29 on that sheet makes me feel loads better! My car's a mystery to me, the old beasty has mainly a white n' blue interior, however, the seatbelts n' their are black! What's up with that?

You should contact Ken Pilidis (442much) and compare notes. He has one of the rarest 76 442s that exists. He's also very knowledgeable on the RPO's. He even has his original window sticker...Ken is the president of the Northern Lights Olds Club here. www.oldsclub.ca His email is: president@oldsclub.ca

I can't help much beside what RPO codes are on it. But I'm sure there are a few people here that can decode it for you. I hope I can find one or two in my car when I restore it.
