found a 1960 olds mirror brand new in box

found a 1960 olds mirror brand new in box

i found a outside rear veiw mirror in its orginal box. i tried getting info from the part number but no luck. is this worth anything it has all the hardware,gasket,and instructions. the mirror is like new. i really have no need for it,just trying to find the value for this. any opinions.

It looks like the 1964, 65 Cutlass/442 mirror to me. Yes, that's a very desirable piece. I've got a couple used ones but am not qualified to guess a value on yours. Could you take a couple more photos of the mirror from different angles? If you can identify it for sure you should be able to get a good price for it. John

OK, I was wrong about the application. That's similar to, but not a 1964-65 A-Body mirror. I see the date on the instructions you posted, so maybe it's a 1959 model. John

I've seen that mirror on '62 cars before

yes it is 1961 in the title box and 1960 in the middle. is there any value to this i hate to ebay it with out knowing much about it. what can one of these go for its like brand new. thanks
