flexplate to flywheel interchange

I am putting a factory flywheel in place of my flexplate so i can run a manual tranny. Its a 455 and the flywheel is supposed to be from a 455, Im wondering if i will need to rebalance my rotating assembly or not? and i know about the back of the crank needing drilled for pilot bushing.

Assuming both the flexplate and flywheel are at stock balance and have not been rebalanced, then they will interchange.
