First project of the new year...

The grommets for my trunk wiring were missing so here ya go. Simple job but it made a big difference!

Similarly, I've found a great use for the huge amount of leftover AC heater box thermostat sticky ooey gooey stuff used to wrap the thermostat coil. It works great for fashioning up make-shift grommets for wires and sealing holes in the firewall (or anywhere else).

Nice job. You installed them perfectly.

Side note did you see that 71Supreme in the for sale section?

I believe you're talking to Dave; but, I did see the 71 Supreme posted several days ago. Since I have a 71 CS convertible I keep my eye open for resale values. I think its probably fairly priced - a couple nuisances need to be addressed, the driver's door most likely the biggest piece.

I absolutely love the Cutlass Supreme body. That 71 looks so clean.

Nice job. Hand cleaner will help get the paint off the wires and connectors.
I promptly wasted another set of cam bearings due to inexperience and a cheap tool in my first wrenching hours of 2022. I redeemed myself by successfully getting the computer talking to the fitech, adjusting stuff for the new injectors, and getting a clean idle.
