Well, I've got one of them in the 1974 Pace Car. Another desire is a 65-6 Starfire with a 4-speed.

A 1977 Delta Pace Car, and 1954 and 1960 Ninety Eights would probably round it out for me at this stage in my life (52 yrs old). Sure I'd like a Holiday, but I wouldn't snub a 4-door sedan now like I would have 20 years ago. A nice car is a nice car, no matter the brand or body style.

Then there's the matter of the non-Oldsmobiles I jones for once in a while, like a 66-67 Thunderbird, or a 1970 Chrysler 300-H, or a 62-68 Cadillac, or 63-66 Buick Wildcat, or a 1960-66 Ford Galaxie...

anything?

I'll keep it to Oldsmobiles...

'69 H/O - there is no other one at the top
'68 H/O
'73 H/O. Must be a black W-30 with air and a digital tach
'68 Ram Rod
'71 Delta 88 4-door (mom's old car)
'57 88 J-2 (pearl white with chrome reverses and spider caps)
1967 442 L-69

And anybody who wants to contribute in ANY way (monetarily or other) to turning my '66 Delta 88 into something that would better ALL of the above...be my guest.

I would love to have a 1960 ninety eight convertible. White with green interior. My dad had one in '69 and sold it for a Ford Econoline van.
He would cry if he saw one again I am sure....

68 442 w/4 speed
70(?) ralley 350 w/4 speed
73 455 4 speed cutlass
Many more but I'll end with this,
87 cutlass, 403/4 speed/3.23 posi 8.5"/ Otherwise factory resto. I say this, because this is what I'll end up with (hopefully) in my garage soonest.

Maybe something like this;

Chopped 3 inches, original dash with nice dolphin or SW gauge set, 455/TH400, 16 inch steel wheels with original dog dish caps and beauty rings, grey/green two tone mohair interior, gun metal grey with custom green pinstripes, no A/C, no electric accessories, no power steering, no modern radio, no nothing, finally; all body and paint work done by a real professional, no the local shop that specializes in insurance work on mom's mini-van.

Ok here it goes:

1964 Olds 98 4 door hardtop (my 64 redone in two tone blue)
1978 Delta 88 coupe (red with red interior, like the one dad used to have)
1971 Cutlass S (root beer brown and bronze with a black vinyl top, and black bucket seat interior, like the one dad never let me drive)
1959 98 convertible (very beautiful)
1940s Oldsmobile Woody Wagon (I would gladly give my first born child for one of these)
1972 Olds Custom Cruiser (fully loaded, the biggest car Oldsmobile ever made)

I could go on and on but I will keep it to these.

I'm surprised it took that long for a 66 W-30 to pop up on the list.

And to add to the fantasy, I want the (one) 68 Vista that Olds built with the 68 H/O drivetrain, including the under bumper scoops. This is the Car and Driver Magazine Boss Wagon 2. Actually a Vista with a factory 4 speed (yes, it WAS an option) would be very cool.

I'm not a big fan of four doors, but I wouldn't turn down one of the nine 1964 B09 four door 442s, either.

And how about a 1-of-25 1969 W-32 convertible?

Actually one dream garage would be a matched set of 1970 W-cars (W-30, 31, 32, 33, and 34).

I have "just" a regular 442 and it's no slouch ...

Soon I will be the only one that hasn't been "upgraded" ...

I've always coveted the F-88. Since there's no way I can afford the real one, I've frequently wondered if one could build an F-88 replica by starting with one of the 53-55 Corvette kit car bodies.

Actually it went for $3,240,000. + 7% buyer fee + 8% sellers fee. B. Jackson really cleaned house on this one. More money than I could stuff in my pockets and feel safe walking around with. But I'm sure the bulge would drive some sugar mommas wild.
Oh heck, what's a quarter mill amongst friends though?? Even if I won the lottery, I don't think I be buying all Harley Earls playtoys. Better value to have a LOT of cars to drive. And best part??? Gas prices wouldn't be any worry if you had that kind of dough.

Wow I can't get over some of these choices. For myself, I grew up moastly around chevys and buicks, so I really like the early to mid 60's impalas, mid 60's to 70 chevells ss of course. 69 z28 88buick gnx 87442, 64-72 gs buicks, 64-72 442. I really like the early 60's jetstars. Would like to own a bubble top some day. May be a vista cruiser or two, after I make my first million. Have already owned a few of these, or stablemates, but they were rust up to the door handles. Some day though

I have to say my list would look like...
1968 Ram Rod
1969 H/O
1983 H/O(maybe the one I just bought fits here)
my current 1979 Cutlass (w-31 350 installed)
and an aluminum 455 from the late 60's just sitting on a stand...
....aaaahhhh - now that would be heaven!

To be honest i can say i dont want o buy a car thats done . I cab appreciate the numbers match crowd or even the clone crowds but for me . I like to build what i drive . If i had the chance to buy another car it would be a 68 cutlass or 70-72 post car set up like mine is. If i had to buy one though just one car that i wouldn't touch it would be a 1987 buick gnx or the car i had to sell my 95 impala ss not a day goes by i dont think about that car.

Well, since the majority seems to be taking the liberty to expand the list to more than one.......

'40 Series 90 convertible two door (black, with red leather)

'53 Fiesta convertible (the two tone blue from the Heritage collection)

'47 Woody wagon

'11 Limited (with polishing crew and extra tall shop to house)

'70 W-30 four speed black/black w/gold stripes

I'd likely park them next to the Bugatti Royale and Veyron on one side and the Duesenbergs on the other...
