Fans

I would like you's guys opinion on the electric fans. What are the performance differences between the flat blades and the sprial?
71 442-would like to install a small helper fan while leaving the original fan in. What do you guys in Texas do?

This guy uses only the stock 6 blader with a working clutch and shroud n seals in place.

Guess if it works in Texas then it should work in Kentucky. Patton says the original system if correct should work as well.

I use a flex fan with no shroud. If your cooling system, flex fan clutch, etc.. is working properly you should be fine. Is your temp too hi?

This comes up from time to time so I just repost my shots. This is from Flex with shroud and 2 speed thermostat. I can sit in Florida traffic, mid August, with my A/C running, no problem.
