I bought a set of exhaust manifolds for my 1970 Cutlass Supreme (with 350 engine) and I am not sure the right hand side is correct. The casting numbers are 398704 RH D2L. Can anyone tell confirm whether this is the right one? Thanks.

 

If your car has a 350 that would be the correct manifold. If you have a 455 then it wouldn't be.

 

Thanks 2Blu, in that case the heat riser shield seems off. The angle seems off for it to fit correctly. Got both parts from the same guy, any tips on the fitment?

 

Can you post some pictures? There's a couple different heat riser shrouds that were used so you may have the wrong one for that manifold. John
