I was wondering which threaded holes for the exhaust manifold go into the water jackets. I have a drip from the center lower exhaust manifold bolt, not sure if its the head gasket. Just had a valve job and replaced the head gaskets.

Its a 57 olds 371 cu inch engine

After some research I have found that their are only studs that hold on the exhaust manifold. I didn't have studs in the middle two holes so I thought they used bolts. I am going to try to replace the center bolts with studs and add thread sealant to the center studs like I did to the outer studs.
