Even frogs like fast cars.....

I broke down and got a loan for my wife's dream car for our 10th anniversary. Its a 69 SS 4-speed car with a hopped up 350. Its a non matching number car so I can make some pro-touring changes and not feel guilty.

So my 6yo daughter and I went went for a little ride last night. As we got back my neighbor and his wife were waiting to see the car for the first time. As I am pulling up they both start pointing and bending down looked at the lower front right of the car. I am thinking oh crap whats wrong and I get out and find this......

He was stuck good and does not look like type of frog we see around here. I think he rode all the way from the old owners house 100 miles away. I got the little guy out and we took him to a pond close by. It was very happy to be in water.

You've done busted the car now, as he was providing the power for that Chebby. Someone has to turn the little round cage inside...

Nice looking car though - hope the wife likes it. There is a Camaro parts shop right there in wylie by the super target - firewheel classics. They are like the Fusicks for Camaros - great folks. Buy from them and save the shipping. They order Olds parts for me also.

Now go find the frog and put him back in so your wife can drive it. I bet it gets about 6 miles to the June bug!

PETA would be proud of us here at CO. I was changing the oil in my truck on Sat. I kept hearing baby birds going crazy. I finally went to see what was going on. There was a 3 foot long snake at their nest. I took a long piece of pvc pipe and knocked him out of the tree.
