Engine Paint question

Hey guys just wanted to get some opinions on painting my engine. I painted my block, heads, water pump and tranny all the same color, my question is should i paint my silver Edelbrock intake the same color as everything else or just leave it the way it is? I have a chrome air cleaner that will be on top if that makes any difference, I just want to make sure it going to look good either way. Thanks guys

In my opinion paint it, there is nothing attractive about an aluminum Edelbrock intake.

Of course this is my opinion only.

if i had to run an aftermarket intake i would paint it. my friends think i am nuts but i like to make them look as stock as i can. even if it is not. when i was a teenager, all the guys would put on chrome valve covers and all the trick looking stuff on and say WOW! that just looks fast! then i would go out with a 70 442 W30 with a built engine and stock W30 intake and valve covers and blow there doors off. to this day that car was the fastest thing i ever drove. it had 71 H heads and w 30 intake that were ported with all the goodies under those stock looking parts.
