Engine Paint

Howdy, any suggestions on what primer and paint to use on 50 year old motors that will stick and look good for longer than a couple of months? Also what degreaser do you guys use? Thanks

I sprayed by block with eastwoods hi temp ceramic engine paint. Laid nicely and has a great looked. Used their product on other projects and the results have been great and easy to maintain. I degreased my engine block and bay with engine bright and awesome degreaser.

As mentioned I make sure it is very clean then I paint all mine with the ultra high temp gray manifold paint so it has the even cast iron color to start with then I paint it with the engine paint. Has worked out very well for me every time.
