Is there a Factory Paper that difines the parts Oldsmobile used to creat a TL engine

The document you are looking for is the 1971 Engine Assembly Manual. In addition to the various engineering drawings of how the engine parts go together, the document also has a voluminous table of every part that goes into each of the various engine versions for that year. This is just the first page of that table.
