Drip rail seal and door seal preservation?

Hey all, it's been 3 years since I replaced the drip rail seals and door seals on my '72 Supreme, and was wondering if anyone out there in Oldsmobileland uses anything to preserve theirs?

There must be many, but I've been impressed with Autosol's Rubber Care Fluid. German produced car car products sold in USA.
